Sugarcane Bay

Sugarcane Bay at L’Auberge du Lac will be integrated with our  successful L’Auberge du Lac resort in Lake Charles, Louisiana to offer guests the best in gaming, entertainment, dining and resort amenities.  The project will include a new single-level riverboat casino; 400 high-quality guestrooms and suites; exciting new food and beverage outlets; and a multipurpose venue for entertainment and group meetings. The updated project design retains the quality look and feel of L’Auberge du Lac, and fully integrates Sugarcane Bay with the footprint and infrastructure of its sister property. The company expects to complete the Sugarcane Bay project by June 2011, although the casino operations may open sooner, subject to approval by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board.

Baton Rouge

Baton Rouge welcomed our latest project with a decisive local referendum vote in February 2008. The Baton Rouge project will bring a true gaming entertainment destination to the Pelican State’s fastest-growing city.

The first phase of the Baton Rouge project, which represents an estimated investment of $250 million, includes a modern single-deck riverboat casino with approximately 1,500 slot machines and 50 table games. An entertainment venue will host top-name talent, live music and other attractions, while a 100-guestroom hotel will offer an upscale respite from the casino excitement. An array of restaurants and lounges will offer diners a sweeping view of the Mississippi River. The project will be located on more than 550 acres that Pinnacle owns in East Baton Rouge Parish.
